As we move into a new phase of the lockdown, we would like to update you on the current safety
procedures in place for processing, picking and packing orders within our UK Customer Service
Centre. We are operating a COVID secure warehouse which is fully compliant with the latest
Government publications and we continue to review and adjust procedures daily to maintain
maximum safety for our teams.

For the foreseeable future, we will be operating this way and whilst we always strive to meet our
next day delivery targets, we feel that allowing up to 3 to 4 days for delivery will ensure that we can meet the demand and keep our colleagues safe at work.

Due to further operating restrictions with our partnered delivery suppliers, potential staff absences and to allow us to practice safe social distancing processes within our operations we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our Next Day delivery services.  This means that orders may take up to 5 days to be delivered. Therefore orders received on Monday will be delivered on Friday. It should be noted that this is a ‘worst case scenario’ situation and wherever possible it is likely that we will be able to process orders quicker than detailed.

We apologise for having to make this change in our services however the safety and well-being of our staff during this very difficult time has to be our primary objective. We, of-course, commit to offering the best possible service we can to you and thank-you in advance for your support during this challenging period.

Further to our earlier update, it is still our intention to continue our daily operations as normal, however as we are closely following Government guidelines, we have had to find a solution that supports the wellbeing of our team working in our Customer Service Centre as well as managing the responsibility we have to all of our customers. In order to do this effectively, we have put measures in place so that some of the JUNIORJONES team can now work from home with full access to our online systems. This may mean we experience more of a delay in our response times to calls and emails than normal, but our priority is the safety of our staff. Currently our delivery, technical and repair teams are operating as normal, but we will keep you updated if anything should change.
Hopefully things will return to normal soon, and until then our team will be working remotely and still available to help you with any product advice and order enquiries you may have. For those of you that were looking forward to meeting us at the upcoming baby shows, we are also working hard behind the scenes on some new product demonstration videos for you which will be finished very soon! In the light of this ever-changing situation, we wanted to keep you updated about how we will be operating in the coming days and weeks.  At present our Warehouse and Customer Service Centre are running daily operations as normal with online orders still being delivered on a next-day basis throughout the UK.  We are closely following the Government’s official Guidance for Employers and Businesses and Public Health Guidelines and updates to ensure we keep everyone in the team and you, our customers as safe as possible.  We operate a flexible working policy which means some staff can work from home remotely if required and we can redirect work phones to employee mobile phones should that become necessary.

We know some of you may have to stay at home for some time and you may still need our help and advice. If you have any questions at all regarding our range, the team are on hand via telephone or email, we are doing everything possible to keep calm and carry on as normal for you!  If there are any significant changes to the way we may have to process orders and deliveries, we will update you immediately on our social media and via the website.
