FREE delivery when you spend £100 and over, £3.50 for orders under £100.
All orders received before midday will be dispatched the same day and your JUNIORJONES products will be with you the next working day.
All orders received after midday will be dispatched the following day and will be with you the next working day.
Due to the current COVID 19 Government Regulations and to adhere to social distancing, orders are taking slightly longer to be picked and processed and could take up to 3 to 4 days to be delivered. Thank you for your patience and continued support.
No Quibble Returns Policy.
Returning a product because you’ve decided you’re not keeping the purchase.
We hope that you will fall in love with all the products you purchase from JUNIORJONES however, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and you need to return it.
Please return your item unused and in the original condition in original packaging with all original labels and tags intact, along with original proof of purchase within 60 days and we will either exchange it for another product, or issue you with a full refund, as long as the returned product meets with our terms and conditions.
Returning a product because it has developed a fault.
If the product develops a fault within 60 days of purchase, please return it to us with original proof of purchase and we will exchange or refund it for you. If the fault develops after 60 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For purchases made online, we will refund the original shipping costs if the item is returned in full within 14 days.
Whilst your stroller is being repaired or an exchange is being processed, we will send you a ‘courtesy’ stroller to use in the meantime. We cannot guarantee it will be the exact same model, for example if you are having a J-CARBON repaired, we may have to send you a J-SPIRIT or a J-CUB.
Arranging a return
The collection of your product can be arranged by calling our dedicated Customer Service Team on 0800 8807 906 We will arrange collection from your home or your workplace if that’s more convenient for you.
Once your repair is complete our Customer Service Team will arrange re-delivery at a day convenient to you. You will then be notified of delivery by the courier and be supplied with a two-hour delivery slot on the day.
Terms & Conditions of our Policy.
If you have decided not to keep your product, please return it in the original condition with all original labels and tags intact, along with original proof of purchase within 60 days and we will exchange it or refund it.
By original condition we mean:
- That the product is in the original condition, in original packaging with all original labels and tags intact.
- That the product has not been used.
- Is within 60 days of purchase (unless faulty)
We will refund the original method of purchase, so you will need to have proof of this to hand. If you are only returning part of your purchase, we will only refund delivery for that item.
Please note that we cannot refund items that do not have proof of purchase or are returned outside of out terms and conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Products NOT eligible for return or refund:
- Products received more than 60 days of purchase
- Products without original labels and/or tags
- Products that have been used
- Products without original proof of purchase
How and when we will refund you when you make a return.
When returning a product, how and where you made your purchase will determine how we can refund you. Our Customer Service team can process your refund as soon as we receive your item(s) back into our warehouse. This can take a few days, depending on your original payment method for the refund to appear into your bank account or other payment method account, but it is usually sooner. Don’t worry though – we will keep you informed at each stage of the process.
If you paid using a debit or credit card, we will always refund the original card used.
If you purchased your item using a PayPal account, we can usually refund your account immediately (provided the return meets with our terms and conditions)
